How can I book a Fotichaschte (photo booth)?
You can book the Fotichaschte directly through our booking tool on the website or by phone at 044 578 09 37.

Pickup, shipping, or delivery?
Digital, Light, and Premium Packages
These photo booths can be picked up at our office in Zurich-Oerlikon or shipped directly to your home or event location (shipping fee CHF 50). Delivery by us is not possible for these photo booths.
The Mirrors
The Retro and Compact Mirrors can be picked up at our office in Zurich-Oerlikon if desired. All other mirrors are delivered and set up by us.
How does shipping work, can I have the Fotichaschte sent directly to the location?
The Fotichaschte is shipped so that there is at least one buffer day before the event. If your event is on Saturday, we’ll send the package on Wednesday so it arrives on Thursday.
Of course, shipping directly to the event location is possible. Please check with the location to make sure this is okay and that someone will be there to receive it.

If you need the photo booth on a weekday (Monday to Thursday), we’ll arrange an individual appointment with you.
How long do I have the Fotichaschte?
Our pickup times are Thursday afternoon and Friday. The Fotichaschte is used on your chosen date (1 day) and can be returned to us on Monday or Tuesday morning.
The same applies for shipping. The Fotichaschte is shipped so that there is at least one buffer day before the event. If your event is on Saturday, we’ll send the package on Wednesday so it arrives on Thursday.
This means you have the Fotichaschte for the whole weekend, but it is only used and charged for one day.
How big is the Fotichaschte?

Can the Fotichaschte be transported by public transport?
No, we recommend coming by car.
How are the photo booths set up?
Setting up the photo booths is very easy. A detailed setup and takedown manual is included.
How long can I use the photo booth?
The package price is for a one-day event. If you want to use the photo booth into the early morning hours, that’s of course included.
You also have the option to test the photo booth and make test prints before your booked day.
Can you book a photo booth for a longer period of time?
Yes, this is easily possible. Please contact us so we can send you an individual offer for your photo booth.
Can you rent multiple photo booths at the same time?
Yes, this is easily possible. Please contact us so we can send you an individual offer.
What is included in the creative set?
Standard guestbook:
A simply designed guestbook with about 50 blank pages (available in black or white), stickers, scissors, and various metallic pens.
Custom guestbook:
There are four designs to choose from, which can be personalized with names and the date. Stickers, scissors, and metallic pens are also included.
Nothing needs to be returned after the event.
What is included in the props box?
In the props box, you’ll find various glasses and signs.
Will I receive the photos after the event?
Yes, within 5 working days after the event, we will send you a link where you can download all the photos (ZIP file).
How long will the photos be available online?
The photos will be available via the link for 6 months. After that, the images will be deleted. Please make sure to download the photos within 6 months.
Important: After this period, we can no longer recover the photos. The files will be permanently deleted from our system.
What is the difference between the printers?
Depending on which photo booth you rent, you will get a different printer:

In what format are the photos printed?
Light and Premium Packages: 6 x 4 (152 x 102 mm)
The Mirrors: 4 x 6 (102 x 152 mm)
What does unlimited prints mean?
We will provide you with enough paper so that you definitely won’t run out at your event.
Premium Package: approx. 700 prints
Unused paper must be returned after the event.
Where can I choose the photo layout?
You can select the photo layout in your customer portal after booking.
In what format should the logo be?
For the logo, we recommend PNG or EPS file formats. The logo looks best on the photo if the background is transparent. The text or object on it should not be too small.
Background – do I need to rent a backdrop or what do you recommend?
Photos look best when taken against a wall rather than into empty space. You can either use a nice wall at the location or rent a fabric backdrop from us. If the venue’s walls aren’t ideal, you can decorate them, for example, with tinsel.
Make sure there are no mirrors or windows in the background.
